All Audioengine products come with a 2-year Limited Warranty on parts and labor from the date of purchase. Your warranty is automatically activated upon purchase; thus, there is no need to register your product. This Limited Warranty specifically applies to Audioengine products purchased within the European Union and the United Kingdom from an authorized Audioengine reseller or directly through our official website.
Should you acquire an Audioengine product via second-hand means, the standard 2-year warranty remains fully transferable. This is contingent on providing a copy of the original sales receipt, ensuring warranty coverage continuity.

- All defective parts or faulty workmanship.
What is Not Covered:
- The Audioengine Limited Warranty does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or failure to adhere to the instructions provided in the Setup Guide.
Our Commitment:
- In the event of a defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable timeframe, free of charge, throughout the warranty period. After servicing, we are responsible for shipping the product or a replacement back to you at our expense within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Your Responsibility:
- You are responsible for shipping or transportation costs to either Audioengine or an authorized dealer for service. We advise retaining the original packaging to ensure the product is not damaged during shipping. AUDIOENGINE'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AUDIOENGINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

- The typical turnaround time for receiving your repaired/replaced item after we've received it for warranty service depends on your location and the type of service.
